Yesterday, Zavi and I went to the French national car museum in Mulhouse, aka the Schlumpf Collection. It was, as always, awesome. We drove down there in the Mini, toured the place, and then took a nice long drive back through the Black Forest / Schwarzwald. Google Earth file of the drive is here.

    Yeah! And that place IS heaven-on-earth.

    You should remember, but not Zavi, that we all visited when he was maybe 3 or 4 months old. That was the “pass the torch” moment for me….when we stood next to one of the two Royals that were on display at the time. You can never get them started too young.

    Wish I had been with you for the return visit. Let me know if it comes around again. Maybe this should be a bi-annual pilgrimage/Mecca/event or something.
